In addition, LDR has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 750,000 shares of common stock at the public offering price to cover any over-allotments. All of the shares are being offered by LDR. The shares are expected to begin trading on The NASDAQ Stock Market on Wednesday, October 9, 2013 under the ticker symbol “LDRH”. The offering is expected to close on October 15, 2013.
